Programming: We purposely design our daily workouts to complement each other week to week, month to month. This ensures that the goal of fitness, as defined by CrossFit is achieved. CrossFit defines fitness as increased work capacity over broad time and modal domains. Simply put, you can do more work faster and longer.
Coaching: Every workout is led by certified coaches who watch your form and technique throughout the class. We’ll make sure you are doing the movements safely and effectively so you can achieve maximum results.
Community: We believe that the community developed within the gym is one of the most important aspects of your experience at CrossFit Sterling. It’s hard to explain but something unique happens when you fight to finish a challenging workout alongside fellow CrossFitters. You just have to come experience it for yourself.
Accountability: There will be days when you don’t want to show up to workout, but you’ll go because people there will want to see you. Accountability breeds consistency. Consistency leads to success.
