Each class is one hour, no two days are the same and results are dramatic. Our CrossFit classes are the cornerstone of what we do at CrossFit Sterling. You don’t have to be fit to start; our workouts are designed to be scaled up or down so they are accessible to all populations. Each hour is coached and consists of a group warm up, strength training, and functional movements performed at a relative high intensity to give you an efficient and safe workout.
New to CrossFit? No problem! We created the perfect way for you to begin with our Starter Month Package. It consists of a 4-part intro course called The Basics that will teach you the fundamental movements and exercises you’ll see in regular CrossFit classes. After you graduate from The Basics, you’ll finish out the month with an unlimited class pass.
Available to our experienced CrossFitters and barbell club athletes only (6+ months), Open Gym is a great time to make up a workout or get in some extra strength work or skill practice. Mon/Wed/Fri from 4:00PM to 5:00PM.
CrossFit Sterling is the home of Old Ox Barbell Club, a premier USA Weightlifting club in Northern Virginia. Barbell Club is a two-hour session geared toward practicing the Olympic Lifts, Powerlifts or their derivatives. Athletes will do a lot of squatting, clean and jerking, snatching, pressing, deadlifting, benching, and more. Experience required, or you may complete a series of one-on-ones with Coach Ben to get started.
Barbell Club meets Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6PM – 8PM and Saturdays from 9:00AM-11:00AM.
For people looking for one-on-one guidance through a whole session, our personal training is designed for people of all abilities to help them meet and beat their goals. Your 50-minute session will include mobility, strength and endurance and be specifically designed for your needs.
