Starter Month & Basics Course: Get started on your CrossFit journey with our non-intimidating, no-commitment Starter Month! This is a pre-requisite for all new members that don’t have previous CrossFit experience. The Starter Month and Basics Course will prepare you for our regular CrossFit classes by teaching the foundational movements we do here at CrossFit Sterling. Barbell Club: This Weightlifting class will teach you advanced technique for the classic Olympic-style lifts – the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. Train with Coach Ben and Old Ox Barbell Club to improve for CrossFit, to develop power for sports or to compete in USA Weightlifting meets.
