Our small group classes will provide you with the personal attention you need to succeed in achieving your fitness goals. Plus, our community of members will encourage you along the way.
A little more about us:
- We offer over 15 classes each week at times ranging from early morning to noon and evening.
- Our schedule also includes open gym three times a week to enable you to fit in that extra workout.
- We have a 4800 square foot facility has been specifically renovated to accommodate CrossFit classes.
- Our separate male and female shower facilities allow you to go right from a workout to work or play.
- We have a dedicated barbell club area to accommodate our weight lifting classes.
- Our staff is made up of highly experienced and qualified individuals all of whom are CrossFit Level 1 or 2 certified trainers.
